At Aedas Angels, we recognise the immense importance of providing a nurturing and specialised space for our youngest members—infants aged 4 months to 2 years. Our dedicated room allows us to prioritise their unique needs, providing an environment where they can grow, learn, and flourish at their own pace.

Flexible Routines and Personalised Care
In our dedicated room, we prioritise flexibility in routines to accommodate each baby's individual needs. Infants are encouraged to eat, nap, and engage in activities based on their natural cues and rhythms. This flexibility supports their emerging sense of self and fosters trust and security.
Allowing for individualised schedules also promotes responsive caregiving, enabling us to attentively respond to a baby's hunger, sleep, or comfort needs as they arise. This personalised approach instils a sense of safety and comfort, building a strong foundation for healthy development.
Prioritising Rest & Nutrition
Quality sleep and proper nutrition are fundamental for a baby's growth and development. In our dedicated space, we ensure infants have a peaceful and secure area for napping. Additionally, we offer healthy, age-appropriate snacks and meals to support their nutritional requirements.
Maintaining Low Staff-to-Child Ratio
By maintaining low staff-to-child ratios—1 to 1 for infants under 1 year and 1 to 2 for those up to 2 years old—we ensure that each child receives individualised attention, care, and supervision. This allows us to closely monitor their development, respond promptly to their needs, and create meaningful interactions that enhance their early experiences.
Planned Activities and Developmentally Appropriate Resources
While flexibility and freedom are essential, we also offer planned activities and developmentally appropriate resources to stimulate and engage the little ones.
